Bristol-based videography and B2B podcast experts LRB recently worked with property services giant Leaders Romans Group – and here is a little behind the scenes information on the project.

Read more to hear about the HelpHub series, how we filmed for them, and a short film from our perspective.

Who are Leaders Romans Group?

Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is one of the UK’s largest property services companies, formed in 2016 through the merger of three established brands: Leaders, Romans, and Boyer.

The group has since expanded, and now currently operates a network of over 300 branches nationwide, employing more than 3,300 people.

Headquartered in Berkshire, LRG offers a wide range of property-related services catering to various clients, including landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, property developers, and housing associations.

This also includes residential sales and lettings, property management, planning and architecture, land sales, commercial property, build-to-rent, corporate property services, mortgages, auctions, shared ownership, block management, surveying, and insurance.

LRB’s project

In early March 2025, we successfully completed our first project together – a ‘HelpHub’ style series designed to provide valuable tips on buying, selling, and renting property.

The series consists of short-form videos which will be strategically released on social media throughout the year, as well as published on YouTube for broader accessibility and use in their wider marketing strategies.

What is a HelpHub series?

This is a collection of instructional content designed to provide clear, user-friendly guidance to viewers.

By providing documentation-style films, LRG’s new videos can give the audience important information on buying, selling, and renting a property.

HelpHub-style content typically focuses on a single topic, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.

It can be used in a variety of ways, across multiple platforms, in film, audio, and in written content.

What did we do for LRG?

This project was a great example of LRB’s ability to deliver high-quality video production in any environment.

Leveraging our portable green screen studio, we transformed their office space into a fully functional production studio, ensuring a seamless and efficient filming process.

Utilising a two-presenter format and an autocue system, we created polished, professional content that aligns with their brand’s vision while maintaining a dynamic and engaging presentation.
