A podcast series that's helped French Connections HCB turn curious dreamers into committed movers, generating millions in revenue through content that actually meets people where they are in their journey.
The Podcast Strategy
A concise overview of the podcast concept, its main goal, and how LRB created a scalable content system for each episode.
The Show Idea
Moving to France sounds romantic until you realise you have no idea where to start. Visas, relocation logistics, the bureaucracy, the bits nobody warns you about. That’s exactly why this podcast exists.
Each episode walks people through the real journey of relocating from the US to France, with honest conversations, practical insight, and the kind of advice that actually moves people from “one day” to booking a flight. And woven naturally throughout? The exact services French Connections HCB offer to make it all happen.
It’s content that meets people at the moment they’re dreaming, and guides them all the way to the moment they’re ready to act. So far, that’s translated into millions in revenue for the business. Not bad for a podcast.
Primary Goal
Four recording sessions. A whole lot more than one piece of content.
Every episode gets pulled apart and rebuilt into clips, social posts, written content and strategically placed ad spots and QR codes that send the right people straight to French Connections HCB at exactly the right moment. The podcast doesn’t just build an audience; it builds a pipeline.
LRB Role
LRB handled the end-to-end podcast execution, ensuring every episode was strategically planned, produced, and repurposed into high-performing content across platforms.
From One Episode to Multiple Content Assets
Each podcast recording is strategically broken down into short-form content designed for distribution, reach, and long-term value.
Episode 01
Content that converts, tracked to prove it.
The internet went into meltdown. Expats panicked. Relocation agencies started sharing warnings. And most of it was wrong.

6 short clips
There’s been some fake news online. It’s affecting an awful lot of you who are thinking about relocating, moving to France, and this is regarding remote working on a long-stay visitor visa.
Two media companies online, which we won’t name, published on the 25th of June that this had changed.
Another relocation company jumped on it pretty quickly and said, “Look, actually, you’re not allowed to work remotely.” We’re now seeing lots of clients who have been emailing us and saying, “Hey, is that possible? You told us it was okay.” Quite scary. So we were quite scared as well.
We’ve got this email from the consulate, which had the answer in red, in capitals. What they say is, “You’ve got to read between the lines,” they say.

What the Client Said
We’ve worked with LRB as both our videographer and podcast producer, and I honestly can’t recommend the company enough. The team is professional, precise and incredibly reliable. They bring serious tech to the table. Everything from the sound setup to the final edit was top tier, which meant we could focus on the content while they handled the rest.
What really sets LRB apart is their commercial awareness. They immediately understood what we were trying to achieve from a business perspective and tailored the entire production to support our goals. The results speak for themselves. Our very first podcast with them generated hundreds of appointments. I just wish we could have them full time.
If you’re serious about creating content that drives results, LRB is the team to work with.
